How to use this tracker

Paste your completion dates, set the habit frequency, and read the current streak, longest streak, and consistency metrics.

  1. Choose the habit frequency

    Select daily, weekdays-only, or weekly-target mode. Weekdays-only mode skips Saturday and Sunday when checking for gaps, so a missed weekend never breaks your streak.

  2. Paste your completion dates

    Enter one date per line in YYYY-MM-DD format. Duplicate dates are automatically removed before the analysis runs.

  3. Set the anchor date and lookback window

    Leave the anchor date blank to use today, or enter a specific date to analyze the streak as of a past point. The lookback window (default 90 days) controls the recent-consistency metrics.

  4. Read the streak and consistency output

    The result shows current streak, longest streak, completion rate over the lookback window, and a consistency score. Use these to distinguish a habit that is actively building from one that has been dormant.
